Procedure of upgrading HA-1648 firmware:

1. Please download and unzip the new firmware then copy the file ¡§mainboard.bin¡¨ to the USB memory stick.

2. The DVR must stop recording while firmware upgrading is in progress.

3. Please insert the memory stick into the USB port of the DVR, and then enter the main menu -> system tools -> upgrade firmware.

4. The process of updating and rebooting will take 2~3 minutes.

Please DO NOT turn off the power of the DVR or stop upgrading while the process is taking place.
